Pair Dental is a nationwide platform that matches dental practice owners with specialists to create an in-house specialty experience.

Problem statement

There have been issues where customers (Practice Owners / Providers) have issues interacting with Synergy or miss a self serve option and rely on emails and reminders from staff. Inclusion of member portal solves this problem.

 

Proposed work

Build a self-serve portal which allows practice owners and providers to sign up and enter the application details and enable basic operations like uploading documents, accepting / rejecting matches , uploading production report etc.

Proposed Solution

  1. Login / Register
    Existing practice owners / specialists can login using their credentials or register as a new portal user. On registration we will create a lead in salesforce
  2. Reset Password
    Sends a reset password link to the practice owner / provider to their email and once the password is updated , salesforce is updated
  3. Intake Application
    Practice Owner / Provider fill in the application with their latest information and they can update the information which eventually synchs with salesforce so that staff can work off the updated information and find matches accordingly.

 

4. Document Management
Allows users to upload documents like resume or any adhoc documents eventually synching to salesforce.

5. Clinical Document Management
Allows providers to download templates for important clinical documents and upload their version which will be synched to salesforce leads / contacts.

6. Stripe On-boarding
Providers can connect to stripe connect portal if they have not and once they login they are given a one click login link to their portal so that they don’t have to re-enter their stripe credentials.

7. Match management

Once Prospect Match is created in salesforce it is published to the practice owners and providers as an option once they approve an opportunity is created. After the match is created practice owner and provider can upload production report / expense report for specific treatment days and provider their survey for that treatment day.

Our client had clearly conveyed to take an advantage and help people during pandemic. He wants us to go live with all the details and products we’ve in our backend system along with eye-catchy design. We had gone live with in a week. Our energetic team’s internal communication is so excellent that we made this happen. Our UX engineers, developers, server admin, data entry operators were part of success journey of our client.

One other challenge Salesforce side was integration with Hub spot. When any contact details was updated in Salesforce, we need to manage some specific status in Hubspot, and for that we also need to manage old data which need to be updated. Our salesforce developers took minor level backup with care and managed updating old data

One requirement of client was to integrate Stripe ACH payment (ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, a U.S. financial network used for electronic payments and money transfers. Also known as “direct payments,” ).

Our Angular developers were not having experience in ACH integration, but after a lot of research they successfully integrated ACH payment in angular and our laravel developers stores transaction data in backend database 

When we started to work on project, initial phase was developed earlier in Java (Backend API). Our developers quickly get idea about project in a time frame of 10 days migrated existing code to Laravel Framework.

After migrating code from Java our next challenge was to understand basics of Salesforce as all previous data and Lead generation was managed there. Our developers had a interactive session for a day and understood various concepts such as Lead, Contacts and Opportunities in Salesforce. 

We were going to develop fresh new angular panel for doctors from where they would managed their profile and appointments. Also Pair Dental backend team will use Salesforce for data management. So we need to sync both in our backend database. Our Developers prepared API that works commonly for both platforms
